Xray of dental implant

User Level:
Patient

Hello. I just need some opinion of professionals . My dentist redoing my implant .the first one was rejected after one year and he said that the reason was not enough bone. I had bone craft in July and in November had implant( first part of it). Today he called me and said he wants to take a X-ray to see how is healing. On the extras I saw that the screw not straight , it looks like it under angle to second molar( my implant is replacement of first molar)when I asked him why it's not straight he said it should be like that and he put it close to my sinus for better fit. Please, someone tell me if it correct .sometimes I just think my dentist doesn't know what he is doing .
