Wisdom tooth coming in

Hi Doctor!

My right wisdom tooth has started to come out. Since then, the two teeth in front of it have started to ache. I also noticed that they are not aligned. I got pain on and off for a few months now. Is this due to the wisdom tooth growing in? Does this mean it's crooked? Can the dentist remove this now even if only the tip is out yet? Please let me know before I book an appointment.

Thanks a lot!

Dear hatemolar!

Wisdom teeth can also be extracted when they are still submerged in the mucous membrane; it requires a small operation.

Watch the dental videos on here about root canal treatment, and then find a dentist in your region using the dentist search!

All the best!

Most dentists are capable in extracting partially erupted wisdom tooth. I would have it removed now that it is not causing so much trouble yet, rather than wait for more problems it can possibly bring in the future.
