Hi I am an 18 year old and my wisdom teeth are killing me! The other day I felt my gums around were my wisdom teeth would come through kind of hurting but not that bad. The weekend has gone by and now my that spot is killing me and it looks like it is coming through but I don't know, it kind of looks like a hole in the back of my mouth. I think it might be infected and I feel like all my food it getting stuck in it and making it hurt worse. It's at the point were I don't even want to eat because it is hurting so bad when I do. Are my wisdom teeth coming through? Are they infected? or do I need to get them pulled?

Visit a dentist. He will probably do something to temporarily quell the inflamed gums, then schedule you to have them all taken out. You will not regret this, as it is much, much easier to remove them when you are young rather than when you are in your 40s.

Wisdom teeth pain is really very close to unbearable and I would suggest you to consult dentist. He will probably give you some pain reliever for temporarily relieve and remove your wisdom tooth for permanent relief. He will do necessary diagnostic beforehand so that the procedure will be smooth.
