wisdom teeth coming in

I can feel my wisdom teeth trying to come through my gum.. the only thing thats bothering me is the tenderness of my gum from where it is trying to come in.. is there anything that i should do? should i get them taken out?

The best thing to do when a wisdom tooth is coming in is to keep the area very clean to avoid infection. You can temporarily try warm salt water rinses. If it does not get any better, have a visit to your dentist. I would have it removed if it causing a problem. I hope this helps.

I agree with newborn. Warm salt water is good, it will help with the tenderness of the gum. Take aspirin or ibuprofen in case of pain. Go to your dentist if your wisdom teeth are impacted or infected.
