Hi,

I recently went to the supermarket with my mum and grabbed this Whitening System by White glo. My mum didn't want me to purchase this because she is afraid of chemicals and it being a product that will damage my teeth. Is this true, if not, I will happily tell my mum it has been approved by a dentist. Thanks.

It is not the chemical which is important but the accuracy of the tray constructed to hold them next to the teeth. These store-bought rigs never make it possible to have tightly sealed trays,so the bleaching liquid leaks out.

Pay a dentist to make a quality bleaching tray, then you can use any bleaching chemical you want. However, the ones dentists sell are usually more powerful in concentration.

I to will go with the Kim suggestion of going to dentist for bleaching procedure than that of new purchasing as accuracy of the tray matters a lot for fitting them next to the teeth. You can even contact Dr Steffany from Plaza Dental Group. They are best in the whitening process.
