Hi, ever since I was young I had white spots on my two front teeth. They are very white and they stand out against my regularly yellowish-white teeth. How can I make the spots less noticeable?

Hi Sally,

These decalcified spots can be corrected with fluoridation treatment.

Hi sallyally!

Ideally you should visit a dentist who is specialized in cosmetic dentistry – aesthetic dentistry.

Usually, you can use micro abrasion to remove such spots efficiently.

All the best!

I have the same thing.
I have been to many dentists and here is what i've been told:
- micro abrasion could work but the spots could be really deep so the only to know if this will works is to try it but it may have no results
- veneers - but they may be noticeable especially if you other teeth get stained
- my last dentist told me i could use a gel, but that didn't work either

if you get any results from this that work, please share with us
