White spot under my tooth

User Level:
Patient
Posted by: cooldoctor  (9 years ago)
I am on braces for about a year now. Two weeks ago, I went to the dentist for my monthly tightening. He said I have a minor white area under my lower front tooth on my gumline. It didn’t bother me at all until yesterday, that area started to hurt. It bleeds when I brush my teeth and is sensitive to anything that touches it. Has anyone had similar problem? How can I get rid of it? Any help would be highly appreciated.
