White marks on teeth

Hi everyone!

Every morning when I wake up, there are white marks at the bottom of my front teeth. They disappear a few hours after I brush my teeth, then they appear again the next morning. They stand out from the regular color of my teeth. What causes
these white marks? How do I get rid of them?

Thanks a lot.

Hello!

You might be breathing through your mouth while you are sleeping. This causes the teeth to dry out and turn into a pasty white color. Try wearing a mouth guard at night.

I was in exactly the same problem before. I sleep with my mouth open at night. My solution to this is using a mouth guard. Now when I wake up, I don't have white spots in my teeth anymore.
