What's wrong with my teeth?

Up until a few days ago I have never had much problems with my teeth i have an impacted molar, but that's about it, I've never even had a cavity. A few days ago I started getting a mild throbbing on the upper and lower jaw towards the back, and on the same side of my impacted molar (left side, top jaw). As the days passed the throbbing intensified. 4 days later and the pain is so bad I can't sleep, my teeth are not sensitive to touch, they're not swollen, the only evidence of anything is a slight reddish tint in the area around my bottom left molar. My teeth also aren't sensitive to cold (any more than how they were before hand anyway ) it feels like the pain is down to the core of my jaw, but I don't know... I am not a dentist. I've tried pain killers, I've tried numbing gels, nothing is working. And I can't go to the dentist anytime soon due to my lack of insurance, and not being able to pay for dental care. I need advice. Do any of you now what could be wrong with me and what I should need to do? I'm at my wits end as the pain is now so bad It's shooting up and down my face, I can feel it in my left eye and my ears and all the way down my neck on the left side. Can anyone help me?

Pls you really need to see the dentist, or else wait out the pain (I don't recommend this option), the impacted molar has started acting up
