1. Celery

I think cheese, green tea, kiwis, parsley, mushrooms, water and fruits like apples, strawberries, citrus fruits, specially kiwis all are good for teeth health.

May I just add the following food and beverage items that I read about on a post on the This is Dentistry blog, which are also beneficial for good oral health:

After reading your post, I feel great as I'm actually eating all those foods and most of them are my favorites. I know that those food are healthy but this is just the time I've learned that those foods are good to the teeth.
