Tooth extraction complications.. Help!

I had to go to a emergency dental place 7 days ago when I had my last molar on the top right side break on me.. It was a really bad break and I was in so much pain I could not wait the 2 plus days most dentists told me it would take to see them.
I was told I would have to A: Get a root canal and crown at a cost of around 2000$ or B: Pull it... for about 300$

I had no way of paying the 2k as I don't even have a job right now so I said fine I guess pull it..
I had the other side pulled years ago for the same problem and never have had any trouble with it.

They guy really messed up my mouth I think.. The whole thing was very painful and took forever. In the end he didn't even think we should sew it up and just pushed me out the door..

At first it seemed okay but I kept having this odd feeling that the tooth next to it felt "wrong".
I kept having this feeling like it was moving or something and a stingy pain. I called the place again and they told me it was normal and it would go away in a few days..
Well I have been having more and more pain in that one tooth so I went out and got a little dental mirror to see if I could see what was going on back there!

To my horror I have found that the other tooth has moved what look to me like a good bit and I can see almost all the way down to the bottom of the tooth from the extraction site! Also there is a pointy pit of the tooth poking out of the side of my gum line now the huts very badly to touch at all! I'm so upset and don't know what to do or what can even be done at this point. I don't want to have this tooth fall out! It feels like it's wiggling when anything touches it right now too. I'm going to try and get to a new place as soon as one can see me but I don't know how long that will take.. In the mean time what can I do to not mess up anything more?! :(

You probably have a "dry socket" if you can see up that far. You may also have a sharp piece of bone sticking in your gums. You see now why we dentists are so hesitant to extract sturdy multi-rooted teeth. Such extractions can be VERY traumatic and post-op not very particular.

Well trust me.. if I had the 2k for the better way or even just the 800$ for a root canal I would have done so.. 800$ is more then my rent.. What am I to do when it's a place to live or have my teeth fixed. I found a place that can see me tomorrow and hoping they can sort it out. Also the tooth would have been likely to have had more problems I was told.. It was turned all the way sideways in my mouth. That's what the other side did too. I never got bottom molar just the top. :(
