Hey guys these tiny white-ish dents appeared around my gums recently. I don't feel pain throughout the day but it hurts to brush and it seems like my teeth are loose. I have used mouth washes and the works but it still remains. Has been this way for about two weeks now. I take very good care of my teeth is this is the first oral/dental issue i have had in a very long time.

These are Herpes vesicles probably cause by trauma when eating or brushing. There is nothing you can do except coat them with a gel like Zilactin to make eating more comfortable. They will heal in just under two weeks.
