Never heard of it with resin fillings. It is common with metal fillings because of galvanic current flow between differing metals.

My guess is leakage around the filling, which is the big problem with resin fillings on posterior teeth. You might ask your dentist if he can seal the edges with a product like Parkell Amalgambond. If this does not work, I don't know what else to tell you to do.
