When I was younger I tended to eat alot of sweet potato but it caused my teeth to change to a more yellowish color. I have tried various teeth whiteners but they don't seem to work. What should I do?

Hello Danny,

Brush your teeth at least three times a day and floss once a day. It would be best to have your dentist examine your teeth first so he can recommend the best teeth whitening agent or method for you.

Good luck!

Teeth are not white by nature, moreover, substances can cause further discoloration to your teeth.

I would get some advice concerning office bleaching at a dental studio – however, don’t overdo it!
