Strange gum ache/soreness behind teeth

Yesterday in the after noon I noticed a strange feeling on the left bottom gum area behind my teeth. It felt like it was swollen or bigger some how, so I pressed my finger onto it to see how it felt. there was no pain yet, but I notice this strange liquid almost like clear saliva came from it. Kinda salty to the taste like sweat would be or something. So I spat it out. No blood or anything, just a strange discharge I guess.

Anyway the next day, which is today it started to ache in the same area. I figured it would go away soon, but it hasn't yet, and has grown more toward the left bottom of my throat, and almost where the inner ear is.

It is a very minor subtle ache/soreness, but sill apparent. I've never experienced anything like this before though so I'd really like to at least have an idea of what it could be. And I am just about 99.9% sure it has nothing to do with wisdom teeth because it isn't like the feeling at all of a tooth coming in, and it feels almost like a toxin or infectious type thing. Hope to get help or advice from someone soon, and thank you for taking the time to help, whomever you maybe.

Could be an infection from your wisdom tooth; could be a gum infection; could be an abscess in your second molar. It takes some detective work including x-rays and other test to find out.
