I had four teeth pulled on Tuesday, They all feel ok except were she pulled my molar she also pulled the tooth in front of it when she did i noticed it ripped up my gum that was between the teeth(completely separated it)I pushed it back down when i changed my dressing so it could heal better and now it has been hurting swollen and really sore..If i had a dry socket would i be hurting a lot worse? I'm worried that may be it, when she pulled my molar i seen a bone in there right after she did this not hours or days, minutes!! But i'm not hurting in the molar just in between were she ripped it? dry socket or gums???

Most likely post op soreness- if dry socket, would be excruciating pain. Some swelling is normal but proper follow up is warranted, especially after 4 extractions.
