I have been diagnosed w/crack across a root of a molar. Ctzooth was an old (1970s?) root canal, re-treated in 209. Dentist says caused by grinding (I wonder if tied to 2009 procedure.

It is the only decent plan.
$9500 is believable somewhere like New York or London, but pretty high. My fee for everything would be way under $5000.
