After the tooth is removed, you may need stitches. You can softly bite down on a cotton gauze pad placed over the wound to help stop the bleeding. As MTA by itself, it really inferior the acidity and hence reduce the pain.
Hello Divya
The extraction will remove all the root canal material also along with the tooth

Most of it will come out, but a little will remain in the tissue. Why is that of concern to you? It is a very biocompatible material.

The objective of a root end filling is to seal the root-end cavity & prevent micro leakage. Characteristics of a suitable root-end filling material include the ability to induce hard tissue regeneration.

Despite of the various excellent properties of mineral trioxide aggregate (MTA), the condensation technique may have some influence in its sealing ability. Most of it will come out, but a little will remain in the tissue.
