Okay so my dog chewed up my retainers and I had to get new ones. I put them on and the top ones fit good but the bottoms ones are loose. Like I can put my tounge under and they pick right up. The back of them are tight on the back of my teeth but the front is really loose. What do I do?

Bonded retainers are better for bottom teeth. Ask your dentist to construct a bonded wire retainer for your canines and incisors.
