Please help me with the lump in my cheek

Hi all!

It has been a week since I am seeing a small lump on the inside of my left cheek. It is reddish in color and it is painful to touch. There are also red spots around it. Any idea what might this be? I had canker sore in the past but it does not look like this. Thank you in advance for any responses.

It is either:

Wharton's duct, a normal anatomical feature
A Herpes vessicle
An irritation fibroma from biting your cheek.

Impossible to tell which in an online forum.
