I have black/brown lines in all of my molars (top ans bottom). I have no pain and I think they've been there a while. I've never had a cavity before and im a vigilant brusher. Stains or cavities?

One can never tell until a dentists probes them with a fine dental explorer to see if it sticks in the grooves. If it does, it is caries. If not, probably it is a stain.

take care that pits, fissures and grooves that present on the occlusal surfaces of teeth are the most likely spots for caries to start or at least to become discolored by food and drinks so you should go to the dentist to examine them and see if they want apreventive restoration or not.
