i was wondering i had 13 teeth pulled and have what looks to be bone on my lower left jaw is this normal or Do i now have onj?

ONJ = Osteonecrosis of the jaw (Osteo = bone / necrosis=dead / osteonecrosis = dead bone).

ONJ is considered to be present if ALL the following points were ticked:
1. current or previous treatment with bisphosphonates or any other medication that is known to "kill" the bone.
2. Exposed bone that has persisted for 8 weeks.
3. No history of radiation to the jaws.

I think it is better to have this clinically checked by a dentist.
