Yes, Defiantly dear when my teeth hurt and it come out then i saw that there lot of space covered by the teeth. This is really totally surprising me.

Sorry, but it is impossible to diagnose your condition without an x-ray and clinical exam.

Best to have that checked by your dentist as soon as possible. The description you gave of that spot may just be a mouth ulcer/canker sore, as described on the This is Dentistry site - or it may also be the start of an infection that will need to be addressed immediately. Good luck and I hope you won't have to endure the discomfort for a long period of time...
