So for thanksgiving break, I went out of state to stay with family members. This trip lasted for a week. But one thing is that I left my retainers at home. And now I'm back home and my top jaw retainer is loose in the front. I'm trying as hard as I can to keep it up with my tongue but I'm kind of worried. I also have to go to the dentist in just 2 days...

Usually the opposite happens. Not wearing a retainer for a few days causes it to fit tightly, rather than loosely. You can use some denture adhesive paste until you see your orthodontist for a retainer adjustment.
