Implants, removable dentures or six -unit bridge

Hello,

I need help, please! My Tooth #10 was crowned ten years ago. Two weeks ago, it had broken off for the fourth time since it was put on. I went to the dentist to have it re-attached. However, the dentist told me that there was a little root left to attach a post. I was also told that there was a significant bone loss on teeth #7, 8,9,10. The dentist suggested extraction for these teeth, bone grafting and implants. I asked if I have a six-unit bridge instead but he told me the span would be too long for a bridge. My only options would be implants or removable dentures. Is it really a non-option for me to have a six-unit bridge? Should I get a second opinion? I would be grateful for any advice.

Wow, I sure would not do a six-unit bridge these days. It is hard for me to believe you have so much bone loss around the incisors and the canines are unaffected. Most likely the canines are too weak to support a bridge anyway.
