I am desperate for help

To make a long story short, I have suffered many years of low enamel on my teeth causing them to decay. I've had root canals and extractions, and even with the dental insurance I have through work, I can not really afford to go to the dentist regularly. I am turning 39 and have suffered almost endlessly for the last 4 years with mouth pain for various reasons. I have finally asked my parents to help me with the cost of having ALL my teeth extracted so that I can get dentures.
My problem is this. I can not seem to find a dentist that will help me with this. They have all said that they will not pull the 5 or 6 healthy teeth that I have. I understand why this is, (monetary longevity for the dentist involved if I keep some teeth) but I am at the end of my rope. I have more than once thought that if I had a gun, I wouldn't have to suffer anymore. I just don't understand why they can not do what I want. This is my mouth. My body and if I want to go this route, why can't I.
I've just been rejected by another dentist and I am desperate to find a dentist that will do the extractions IN A HOSPITAL, as I have developed an anxiety to my teeth.
If there is anyone out there that can reccommed me a dentist in the Toronto area or East GTA, I would greatly appreciate it.

Wow, doing dentistry in a hospital environment is a colossal hassle for the average dentist. Maybe you can start by calling local hospitals and finding oral surgeons who are on staff.

Losing permanent canines is very traumatic for the average patient. Not many dentists will want you to lose those and all the bone that goes with it.

You are aware that the transition to full dentures after extraction is typically very difficult? That some people never adapt to dentures at all? That in 20 years you may not have enough bone left, particularly on the lower, to support dentures? That in the case the only answer is very expensive implant work? The especially in the first five years after extractions, relines of your dentures will be required, and that is not cheap?

I have not walked in your shoes so I cannot tell you what to do. I only urge you to listen to some of the warnings. Oral surgeons always want to extract teeth. It is hard to believe you could not find an oral surgeon who will extract the rest of your teeth.
