How to strengthen brittle teeth?

Hi everyone,

I noticed that my teeth are becoming brittle and weak. A few months ago, two were broken in my sleep.Last week, I broke another one while I was eating. I maintain good dental hygiene. I brush twice a day and I floss once a day. Does anyone know what causes this? Is there a way to strengthen the enamel? Thanks a lot for your answers!

Hi!

Try chewing on a clove of garlic. It is very effective in strengthening brittle teeth. Drink milk regularly to get enough calcium for the teeth.

Hello Megafun!

Do not brush your teeth too often and too hard to avoid your enamel from being stripped off. Do not also brush right after any acidic food/drinks like coffee, sodas, fruit juices, blueberries and tomatoes.
