how long are dentures able to be alignable

It depends on how long ago you had your teeth extractions. After extractions, most dentures need to be relined after 6 months.

If you have had your teeth out for many years, you could go three years or more between relines.

Denture wearers need to be seen every year for evaluation by dentists, but they won't do it for the same reason that they would not visit the dentist regularly with their natural teeth.
