How can I reduce swelling after wisdom teeth removal?

So, I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted two days ago. My cheeks are still very much swollen. It seems that it is worse today than yesterday. I am struggling whenever I eat even with mashed potatoes. I have been putting ice on my cheeks for 15 minutes, then taking the ice off for 15 minutes and doing this continually all day long, but haven't seen much results. If there is anything I could do to reduce the swelling, it would be great.
Thanks a lot!

Hello!
Ice packs or anything frozen will help reduce the swelling. Keep an ice on your face for as long as you can and as many times as you can in a day. Just be patient with it. You can also take anti-infammatory medicine for the pain. When I had a tooth extraction, the swelling on my face was completely gone after five days.
