Help!!Temporary came off an my tooth is killing!?

My temporary crown came off and the tooth is killing me! Ive taken 4 advil and nothing is helping. I cant sleep it hurts so bad and I cant get the thing back on! What can I do, Im a college student so Im not even in the same town as my dentist office! Please Help I want this pain gone!

Any dentist can re-cement a temporary - you may have to pay for it whereas your own guy would do it for nothing. In the meantime if you pulled it off eating, make sure the inside has nothing in it and the tooth it came off of has no crap on it and then gently place it over the tooth and turn it around till it feels like it is going down a bit and then push it on - dont eat anything sticky and it should stay there till recemented

Hello,

You can buy dental glue that holds in loose crown from the pharmacies. This should hold your crown and make you comfortable until you can see your dentist to get this fixed.
