Hi,
I had a filling done on a bottom wisdom tooth about 1.5 months ago. About 2 weeks ago I started to get intermittant tooth aches in that area 1-2 times per day and also would taste blood in my mouth once in a while wich was coming from that area. I decided to take a closer look the other day an noticed that it almost looks like the gum has seperated from the side a bit and thats where the bleeding must be coming from. See PIC. Could this be an injury from the clamp on the tooth or is this gum disease as it's in a hard to reach spot in my mouth? FYI Im a 35 year old male.

help - toothache and bleeding -PIC included
in this area as in very clearly evident from the picture, there is lot of inflammation as this area is difficult to clean so food gets accumulated and causes swelling. Do warm saline rinses and keep this area clean using a small interdental brush. Visit a dentist and get deep curettage of this area done.

Why on earth would you have wasted your money doing a filling on a wisdom tooth, and a composite resin filling at that? There was virtually no chance that it would have lasted any time at all.
Do yourself a favor and have your wisdom teeth out.

Hey fancy19, Best is I suppose get it checked again by your dentist. In the mean time, keep up with your brushing and flossing (very important). You may also wish to use alcohol free flouride mouthwash otherwise warm saline rinses are just fine also.
