i had a tooth extracted 2 days ago and the pain is killing me and the area is white also white going downward in to the bottom of my mouth and ive taken the pain killer prescribed and its not helping im 17 weeks pregnant and don't want to over due the dentist or meds. also at the time of extraction i was a little under the weather coughing sneezing and of course the normal pregnancy symptoms while sneezing this nasty looking thing came out of the area and wasn't really bloody looking so i thought maybe a piece of the gauze got stuck

The most likely explanation is a dry socket. You need to return to the surgeon who did the extraction to verify this diagnosis. It is always tough when possibilities for pain medications are so limited as they are during pregnancy.
