Gum still swollen nine months after RCT

It’s been nine months since I had a root canal on my second molar tooth on the top right side and I am still having swelling in my gum. Three weeks ago, I went back to the dentist because the gum hurt. He put me on antibiotic for a week. The swelling subsided then went away but now it is back again. What should I do? I can’t afford another root canal at this time. Can someone help me please? Thank you so much!
