Getting a filling

User Level:

Hi all,

I had my teeth cleaned today and my dentist said I have cavities, two big ones and some small ones. They are pretty deep so I need to get them filled. I am scared about this. What do they do during the procedure? Is it going to be bad? Any tips from those who already experienced this?

Thank you very much!

Nothing to worry about! Be thankful youre not having a root canal ;)
Ive had a few fillings in my time and they are painless procedures..

Hi Corvette!

Nothing should hurt. They will give you local anesthesia. You will only feel the pressure and some movement. Do not
be afraid about it.:-)

You are going to be fine and you won't feel anything. Don't worry about it because it's not bad at all.
