Gap between crown and the adjacent teeth

User Level:
Patient

Dear Doctor,

I recently had a crown put on my tooth #19. I noticed a small gap between tooth #18 and #19 and tooth #19 and #20. Food is always trapped in there especially the fibrous ones. Is this a poorly fitted crown? Should I have it redone? Any help would be highly appreciated.

Perfect contacts are one of the most important parameters of a new crown. The guy should remove it and have the lab add contacts at no charge to you.
