what if you have a crown to fall out after 5years and it is a front tooth, is it possible to do a partial for the front tooth and another tooth that is missing on the side towards the back? Considerint it is the front is it adviseable to do a partial (two) or is it better to replace again with another crown on the front tooth?

You must mean you lost the whole tooth, and not just a crown? Because if you still have the tooth, it would be better to do a new crown.
Partials are a nuisance unless a patient is missing a lot of teeth. You could have a partial, but it will be hard to get used to.
