Flossing with braces

Good day:-)

I find flossing with braces a little bit difficult. The teeth at the back especially the molars are hard to reach and put the floss through the bracket. The floss threaders are not of much help, too. Are there any other ways to make flossing with braces easier?

Thank you so much for your tips.

Ive read on checkdent that you can use a water jet as well to remove food scraps and stuff. If dental floss doesnt do the job, the water jet is definitely an option!

Good day Truce!

You can also try the power toothbrush or the interdental brush.

You can ask your dentist for products that will help patients with braces to floss easily. It is very important to floss especially when you have braces on. When I was on braces, I used water flosser.

I tried the water jet as recommended here in checkdent.com and I am loving it. It is very convenient to use.
