I have four missing tooth that have other teeth by them that I want to replace. The dentist said implant might not last very long for me because I am a teeth grinder. I am now thinking of getting fixed partials. What would you recommend? I am looking for a long term solution for my teeth problem. Thank you for any tips and suggestions.

There is no such thing as "fixed partials." There is a fixed bridge, and there is removable partials.

I have done implants in tooth grinders. One allows a little more time for healing, and is more careful about the bite. Over time, they suffer a little more bone loss than non-grinders. But they are usually successful, provided patients are not missing a lot of other teeth.
