Fillings falling out several times

I have had approx 4 fillings done on two different teeth in the past year and they continue to fall out....is this bad dental work, or is there anything that could cause fillings to not adhere in a particular person's mouth. I never eat hard foods, and don't even eat meat or pork, nothing chewy even, so I know I'm not damaging the teeth by being hard on them. But I don't understand why fillings would just fall out continuously like that.

No, new fillings should not fall out. There is nothing you could have done wrong to make them fall out.
