Is it normal to see some white Inbetween o tooth extraction I had a #3 extraction a week ago and am somewhat startled to see white...

Hard to say what the white is without seeing it. Sometimes the gums ulcerate over the extraction site, and nothing much can be done about that. If the white is hard, it is probably a piece of bone making it through the gums, and should be removed by the dentist.
