Electric vs Manual Toothbrushes

I'm thinking of buying an electric toothbrush for me and my partner, but I'm wondering if it's really worth the investment?

So here's my question to dentists: which would you recommend, manual or electric toothbrushes?

Thanks for getting back to me on this!

Dear lyssy!

The most important is to remove Plaque completely from the tooth surface every 24h! If you do more easily with an electrical toothbrush, then that is ok! I personally also rather use the electrical one!

Well, I have switched to an electrical toothbrush just recently, and I am loving it! My teeth feel so much smoother and cleaner, totally recommended!

I just bought my first electric toothbrush and it is really beneficial. It helps remove all of the plaque and food. My friends encourage me to use it more often.
