Denture Plate

I just received my bottom denture plate. It fits very well and though I have few sore spots and it is not comfortable at all, I know will get used to eat within a few days. My only problem is my bite. It looks a little off. There is also a small gap in the left side and I can fit the tip of my tongue in. What should I do? I am afraid I have to go through another session of wax try-ins again. Any help would be appreciated.

It usually takes more times to get used to denture especially if it is your first set of denture. It takes about 6-8 weeks to get used chewing with denture and about 1-2 weeks for the proper speaking.

But if you have sore spots because of denture, i would advise to visit dentist and get it fixed. He can adjust your denture for those sore spots.
You can ask more about your denture bite to your dentist as it is hard to say anything on internet.
Hope it will help you!
