DENTAL IMPLANTS!! Yes or No??

Should I get dental implants if I remove both my bottom 2nd molars?

Both bottom 2nd molars (#18 and #31) will be gone soon due to cavity buildup.

What will happen immediately if i DON'T get dental implants? Will my jawline shift considerably? What will happen to the top 2nd molars? Most importantly, what can i expect in the long run without implants?

Your upper molars will supererupt and disturb your bite if they are not replaced.

Why is it that your second molars cannot be restored, even with root canals? Saving them would be a lot cheaper than implants.

Humans can chew pretty well with only first molars. But second molars are nice to have!

Thanks Dr. Kim Henry for the good tips. If you can avoid removal of the second molar, as mentioned by doctor, I am sure it will save you a lot of trouble and money too.

I think it can create problems in chewing and talking so you should take advice from good dentist regarding it and follow his/her instruction.
