Covered tooth hurts!

Greetings Checkdent!

I had a general dental check-up for about a month ago. My dentist said there are some notches on some of my teeth that are too hard to clean and could be a spot for food particles. She said they should be covered to avoid plaque build up. I went with the procedure about a week ago and now one of the teeth she worked on is in pain much more when I bite with it. What do you think has happened? Should I be worried with it?

Thanks a lot!

Your tooth is just sensitive. The pain will pass with time. You do not have to worry that much.:-)

Hi Dentin,

This had happened to me before. It's due to sensitivity but it will subside eventually.:-)
