It depends on your wished. You could have them done all at once in one long appointment. Another logical way to do it might be to do the ones on the left one appointment, and the ones on the right on another appointment.

Treatment for tooth cavities depends on how bad it is. There are many processes to proceed such as filling, crown or the root canal. Take an appointment and dentist for the evaluation of your teeth and get it completed as recommended. They might treat the entire tooth at once or may called you for follow up.

If the cavity hasn't reached the root then you need the treatment to clean the cavities and filling of tooth colored material. But if the cavities are very deep then you may need root canal treatment. And no need to get afraid of the treatment as it is a necessary treatment for cavities and it is done by a stepwise procedure.

It depends on the level of patience and pain-toleration. As you wrote you are a bit scared from the dentist, so maybe the best solution would be to make only one or two pieces for the first time. This way you can get step by step closer to beat your fears and get comfortable with dentistry. The second time you will able to stay more and take it easier.

Yes. Dental treatments generally need some sessions to complete the treatment. So, to clean the cavities, it will take time. If cavities are deep then you may need root canal treatment.
