Hello,

When I got my braces on, I got a temporary cap on one tooth to make it the same in size as the other teeth. When my braces where removed, I had a root canal done on the capped tooth. Recently, I noticed that this tooth was darker than my other teeth. Any idea what’s going on? The root canal was done three years ago. Please help!!! Thanks.

The plastic in the temporary crown is darkening with age. Have a permanent crown fabricated if braces are done.
