Can I work out 5 days after wisdom teeth extraction?

Hello!

I got all of my wisdom teeth taken out five days ago. I feel fine now. There is no pain anymore and I can already eat solid foods. I still have some jaw soreness, though but it's very light. I am almost done with my antibiotics and painkillers. My question is, can I work out now? I am so bored! Thank you very much for your help and responses.

Hi Mrchips!

I depends on how well you are now. My brother was asked not to do any strenuous activity for 5 days after the extraction of his wisdom teeth but he was still bleeding after a week so he went back to his dentist.

It depends on how your body deals with the healing process. You may want to take it easy and get plenty of rest. My brother who is a gym junkie was not able to visit the gym for four weeks after his wisdom teeth extraction.
