Bubble from the extraction site

Hi all,

I finally got my severely infected tooth extracted three weeks ago. After following all of the doctor's instructions, I still developed a dry socket. The dentist cleaned it out and packed it with medicated gauze and after a few days of doing this, it has completely healed. Today, I noticed a bubble forming in the extraction hole. I can also feel something sharp poking out of this bubble. I can no longer feel any pain from the extraction site.

Should I be concerned? Please advise! Thanks.

The sharp thing from the extraction site is a part of the tooth. Give it a time, it will work on its way out in time.

When my molar was extracted, I also ended up with dry socket. It had been packed three times and now I am healed. I also had a bubble that formed on the inside of the hole in my gum. It did not give me any pain at all. After a few months, it has gone. Do not worry about it, it will go away gradually.
