Bridge or implants to fill up the gap

Hello, I'm currently wearing braces, I'm on my 1st year and 4 months now. I have a gap on my both lower jaw between pre molar and 2nd molar. My dentist put functional appliances both upper and lower jaw. My L molar on lower jaw already moved and leaves a small gap, and my R molar on lower jaw still have a big gap. My dentist recommend to put implants or bridge to fill the gaps. I told my dentist before she put my braces that I just want her to move my teeth and I don't like bridge or implants. But she ignores my request. She didn't even explain anything to me. And now she says it again. I totally disagree with her. And on my upper jaw both second molar, she didn't put any bracket. I'm really wondering why she still want to put the bridge or implant, since she didn't include both of my upper molar. Pls give advice. I really need to talk to a dentist. I think there's something else she could do. And she even offered to extract both my molar on lower jaw, I do really understand her. Those teeth are perfectly healthy, and as a dentist, she should save my teeth. But it wasn't. I'm so disappointed. It was to late to cancel because I had my impressions, x-rays, etc. I was hoping and still believing that she will do a good job. But I don't think so. Pls help!!!!!!!! Thanks

Many times we do not bracket upper 2nd molars because the archiwre jabs the patient's cheek.

Your story is a little hard to follow. Why don't you want implants in the spaces where your lower molars have been lost? It is not possible in adults to close the space orthodontically where molars have been lost. And why would she want to extract your lower 2nd molars? Perhaps you omitted an important part of the story.

Dr Henry, Thank you so much for your reply. I don't know why she would want to remove my 2 molars on lower jaw. I could simply think maybe because she wants to make her job easy or wants to prolong my visits with her and to add more cost on top of my braces. She will not explain, so I have to keep asking questions. Otherwise she will just proceed on her own, thinking I'm just don't care whatever she will do in my mouth. On L lower jaw the space between my pre molar and 2nd molar is 3-5 mm and on R lower jaw the space between my pre molar and 2nd molar is 1 cm. I don't want implants or bridge because I truly believe my braces will help move my teeth together. And I don't want artificial tooth in my mouth. Unfortunately, she put functional appliances on my lower jaw, I believe it inhibit the movement of my molar. But for small space, she would want to put bridge or implants. She wants to destroy some of my teeth instead of saving them. If I would agree with want she wants. i will insist that she just move my teeth instead of putting implant or bridge. Thank you so much for your time.
