Blotches on teeth

Hey there!

I usually have these white blotches on my two front teeth. They come and go throughout the day. There are days that they are very noticeable. I have recently been brushing my teeth for more than 10 minutes a day hoping to remove these white stains. Any idea what could cause these and how do I get rid of them? I would be really grateful for any help you can give me as this is really embarrassing. :-(

THey can be areas with less mineralization in them that appear white (like the white areas you get on your fingernails) or areas that dry out for some reason through the day. Brushing will not remove them - let your dentist check them, sometimes they can be covered with plastic fillings and blended to the shade of the rest of the tooth

I laso have white spots on my teeth. My dentist said, it's due to calcium deficiency. When I had my teeth bleached, they became hardly noticeable.
